I mean, it's coconut water with stuff in it. It tastes okay but won't give you a flat tummy unless it's all that you're eating in which case you would be starving yourself.

pretty tasty, don’t like coconut water too much though. i did like eating the watermelon after i drank it because it was full of the lemon, coconut, and mint flavors.

Yummmmmmmy was really great all of my favorites (can water, watermelon, lemon and mint) all in one place. I add fresh ginger sometimes too for a variation.
