  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard (or 2 T real mustard)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • garlic powder (to taste)

    Directions

    1. Mix this all together in a large ziploc bag.
    2. Place a flank steak (about a pound) in the bag and try to seal out as much air as possible.
    3. Marinade for a day (that'd be 24 hrs) in the refrigerator, flip every now and then for an even marinade.
    4. Broil the meat to preferred doneness (I like RARE) and enjoy!
    5. I use very little oil - it doesn't seem to make a difference.
