Excellent! Didn’t have peppers, so used mushrooms and a puréed tomato that needed to be used up, sauce still turned out great! I imagine it could be varied in numerous ways. Blackened the fish as someone else suggested and served with Asiago rice - everyone loved it!

So good. My husband isn’t a fan of fish. So I made this dish to share with a coworker for lunch the next day. I had my husband try it and he loved it. He surprised me today by requested it for dinner tonight.

Very easy to make and the sauce is great - I added cherry tomatoes and was glad I did. I used wolffish and they weren't that firm and thick, as the recipe calls for, but still turned out fine.
