    Absolutely delicious! One of the best dinners I’ve made for a long time, despite the fact that I didn’t have any ricotta and just missed it out. Alot of effort but worth it. Please note that the ingredients given here omit the basic risotto which must be assembled separately. You have to click through to the directions to see that and then click through again to JO’s risotto recipe. That would explain why the calorie count is so low 😉
