Absolutely delicious!! Made exactly as the recipe suggested, new family favorite

Super tasty. You don't need to cook the chicken as long as the instructions suggest. If you have a thermometer, use that as a guide. I had no parsnips so threw in some halved Brussel sprouts after the first 35 minutes. Cooked to perfection!

I love roast chicken. And it doesn't matter how it is prepared before roasting. but this chicken is over the top. It looks awesome and it tastes so, so good. I will make this a regular Sunday Roast Chicken. it is yummy for the tummy!

My favourite Yum. We make it regularly. It's always a hit! Sometimes I add curry powder and garam massala with turmeric and do it on the rotisserie with fresh crushed garlic and grated ginger. Phenomenal.

It smelled and tasted delicious! For our taste the lemon was too strong though. Would leave that out next time

The combination of flavors was delicious. I added 1 sweet potato and 1 russet potato, and I used individual thighs and breasts as oppose to dividing the roasting chicken. Everyone loved it!

My whole family loved this recipe. The blend of spices makes the dish more interesting. I added sweet potatoes and regular potatoes to the vegetables. Fantastic!

Perfect, followed the recipe to a T! Really loved it, even my teen son said, "man mom, nice dry rub, this is top notch!"
