  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 onions (medium, chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 10 ounces baby spinach leaves
  • 6 ounces light tuna packed in water (undrained)
  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta (farfalle , cooked according to package directions, reserve 1/2 cup cooking water)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Melt Promise® Spread-stick in 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat and cook onion and red pepper flakes, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or just until wilted. Stir in tuna. Add pasta, reserved cooking water, basil, lemon peel and lemon juice; heat through. Remove from heat, then stir in cheese.
