  • 2 garlic cloves (diced)
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 pepper
  • 500 grams beans (edamame)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 lemon juice (and zest)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs

    Directions

    1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
    2. Add cumin, coriander, and pepper, and cook until a nice smell becomes easily perceptible.
