  • 1/2 red pepper (finely chopped, ours was actually grown in our garden)
  • 2 chicken stock cubes
  • 1 handful frozen peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • chilli powder (– depending on how spicy you like it)
