    Best homemade wings I’ve ever made. Followed directions exactly and couldn’t be more proud of the results. Only thing I did different was use my homemade chicken rub after patting dry and before baking powder. Other than they were delicious.

    These were definitely crispy wings, but I had trouble getting the same results without a convection oven. I ended up having to cook them longer to get them crisp, which ended up drying them out.

    Fantastic. Thanks. I added a dry rub along with the baking powder. Crispy good on the outside and tender on the inside. This beats what I did on the grill even using baking powder. Same recipe but the convection oven and a mesh-like rack made all the difference.

    Turned out as advertised. I left the salt out and sauced it with a 1/4 cup of Nandos Peri Peri Hot sauce after the rest period. Awesome!

    These turned out really crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I tossed the cooked wings in a honey garlic sauce and we ate the whole batch standing over the kitchen sink to catch all the syrupy drips! Really great recipe and technique.

    I thought it was pretty easy to make. I might tweak the recipe and a few more spices with the baking powder. otherwise it was crispy and tasty as advertised

    Really really good we made a hot sauce and a Bbq sauce. Really crispy. We don’t have a regular oven so we cooked it for another 40mins like suggested and came out great

    Super easy to make. I would recommend flipping the wings midway through cooking to crisp more evenly. Will definitely make again!

    I have always loved crispy chicken. it becomes a challenge as I stopped frying. The extra crispy baked chicken wings gave me tasty, textured wings

    I’ve tried this recipe twice now and both times my wings turn out powdery not sure what I’m doing wrong since I’m following the directions but oh well I guess?
