Caution - there are FOUR servings in this smoothie. If you drank the entire thing, you'd be consuming over 400 calories.
I used plain yogurt so it had a kind of sour flavor to it but still semi sweet.

It was really thick when blending so I did add in coconut milk and it was bitter but I think that was just the type of coco powder we use

It didn't turn out the way I thought It would even thought I had all the ingredients and did what the explanation said . But I would still recommend it for anyone who wants to try it

I made this smoothie this evening. This was very good and I will make it again. Very easy to make. I tailored recipe to fit my tastes. I used 8 oz Almond Milk instead of yogurt. I used 1/4 frozen banana with the skin, 1 TBL Almond Butter, 1 TBL unsweetened Cocoa, and Cinnamon.
