The egg tasted pretty good but I don’t know why the avocado had a really bad taste. Not making it again.

Directions were good. Great idea. I just didn’t use big enough avocados so the egg was running over. Also I don’t think I like the taste of warm avocado. May make again but wasn’t crazy about it.

Make sure to use large avocado so the egg doesn’t run out

Because the ripeness of avocados vary greatly, I agree with some of the reviews that the avocados can have a spoiled taste. But the recipe inspired me to modify it a bit. Try instead making soft boiled eggs (which take half the time), sprinkle some salt and pepper on both the raw avocados and eggs, and pour in the eggs. The fresh avocado and runny eggs make a great breakfast. Tip: Florida avocados are much larger and a great choice for this snack.

Very tasty. I added a dash of smoked paprika which added more flavor. Overall, fun and easy recipe.

It tasted weird. I might have overcooked it.

Delicious I added the extra avocado on top mixed with a little bit of garlic and tomatoes and it tasted amazing!

Didn't think to cook eggs and avocado together. It's decent. I would try it again maybe with a sprinkle of cheese, bacon bits, or Herbes de Provence spice blend. Thanks😊

I don't think these two ingredients should have been mixed.

Wow! I wanted something different for branch. This was interesting dish. My first time making it and at first, I thought it was under cooked for the egg. So I left them 10 minutes more then the time on the recipe. With leftover avocados; I made a salsa to put on top. That made the dish even more tasty. I really enjoyed it. The salsa was made with habaneros, jalapeños, onions, garlic, lemon, black pepper, sea salt, and peaches. Was delicious on top of the eggs in avocados !

It turned out looking fine but this tasted absolutely disgusting. The taste of hot avacado alongside the egg was terrible. I recommend turning this into scrambled avacado and eggs on toast.

Disgusting never make it Put it in oven for extra 10 minutes and was still raw. Then the Avacado was overflowing so bad I had to scoop all the fat out
This dish was awesome easy to make it took about a half hour to make. I used the remainder avocado to make a type of guacamole using a teaspoon of cilantro paste and a squeeze of lime juice, half teaspoon of sriracha garlic salt and pepper to taste mixed up as a topping. soo goood!!!😋

It was hard and stuck to the pan. It smelled and tasted good, though.

Simple, easy to make and looking to incorporate more avocado in my diet. I enjoyed it, but my young kids didn’t really like it (but they can be fussy)..

Not a fan of avocados, but I enjoyed trying something new. I can describe this recipe with a comment my girlfriend made: “so you’re just eating avocado with a sunny side egg?” Yep.
