  • 1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (fresh)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 3/4 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 whole wheat pita bread (snack-size, each cut into 6 wedges and toasted)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 medium carrot (cut into thin strips)

    Directions

    1. Process edamame, sour cream, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, hot pepper sauce and garlic in food processor until smooth. Stir in chopped tomato and onion.
    2. Serve with pita wedges, cherry tomatoes and carrot.
    3. Prepare edamame according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain, then chill.
