Love it! Easy to make and the taste was right on.

Easy and delicious! I followed the other advice here and doubled the sauce.

This is a five star after adding some red pepper and shredded carrot. I felt it needed color for visual appeal. Also, I love my veggies! Will definitely make again, flavor of sauce was great.

This was ok, nothing to write home about. I would use half the amount of noodles if I did it again. It seemed like 90% noodles and short of sauce/protein. Edit: I made this again with twice the tofu and sauce and didn't fool with the sauce based on the comments. Now it's awesome!

Very easy to make and taste great!!

really easy to make and delicious. the peanut butter really thickens it so you might want to alter quantity for the result you want.

Too spicy!! Very disappointing, because I was looking for some good Pad Thai.

Sooooooo yummy! I didn’t add any hot sauce but I did add more ginger, which really elevated the sour aspect of the dish! Great for just starting vegetarians and the gluten free option really helped!

Great dish and very unique taste. I want to try it again with tamarind. Be careful with the rice noodles, they overcook easily. The lime juice is a bit high, I'd take it down to 1/4 cup and level it out with the sugar. Must try. No leftovers!👍🏾

I liked everything except for the peanut butter and soy sauce mixture.... my family really though!!

Really yummy. I used sweet chilli sauce and less sugar. I didn’t have tofu so added shredded cabbage and carrots. Would make again.
Timbadia 22 Jun 2018
would make it again for sure!

Turned out amazing! I didn't have to change a thing (only less hot sauce).

First off, i am a very beginner-level cook. That being said I found the instructions are a little confusing (...do i add the noodles then the peanut sauce, or both at once?...). Also, I found that the 1/2 cup of lime juice made the dish entirely too sweet, and ultimately inedible. I ended up mixing this recipe with one i found on google to make with the rest of my unused rice noodles and ended up with a very good dish. lncludingthe peanut butter from this recipe in my new dish especially added to the taste, so i think that is what i mostly takeaway from this.

Cut the recipe in 1/2 because 1lb of noodles is quite much. Substituted sugar for coconut sugar and only utilized 3 tbsp. Added chili paste and red pepper flakes. Overall a very yummy dish!

Delicious would definitely make again! Might try to thicken the sauce somehow though!

This tastes nothing like Pas Thai. Authentic Pad Thai should have Tamarind Paste/Concentrate in it, I wish I had known this before I made this recipe. Also it makes a ton of food, I ended up wasting a bunch brace this tasted so bad.
Paige 20 Mar 2018
delicious😁 it was so good and it made so much we didnt have to worry aboutunch the next day!
Libby 14 Mar 2018
Very very tasty! I added more peanut butter to make it more creamy!
Stephanie Clarington 12 Mar 2018
Excellent Making it again. 1 week later
Sam R. 6 Feb 2018
super quick and easy! took 10 minutes and tastes great as leftovers!
Sarah Landram 4 Feb 2018
It was delicious. I would add less noodles to make it more saucy and more peanut butter for taste.
Hannah Larter 17 Jan 2018
Absolutely delicious! Now my favourite dish.
Gale 5 Jan 2018
While it was easy it was not what I wanted from pad thai
Suzie E. 4 Jan 2018
Yummo!! Added mixed veggies.

Amazing. I used amino instead of soy and had some trouble with the tofu. since it didn't specify, I used medium firm and it took much longer to cook, around 20 minutes since I didn't dry it out before cooking. I never cooked tofu before and found i should use firm or extra firm and press dry for 39 minutes before cooking. That all being said, it still tasted wonderful.

It was okay... I would use dark Soya sause next time and less lime juice .
Emily Montemarano 21 Oct 2017
mine came out a little odd, would use a dark soy sauce next time

This was really good! However, I need to get a wok - it was tasty but would get better flavor with one I think.

Was a little spicy for me but i loved it. Can't wait to try it again. Maybe will try it with more veggies next time
