Very good lasagna my only question is although it tastes great, when looking at the ingredients needed in Yummly it calls for 14 oz Extra firm tofu however, when you tap on the directions, the ingredients listed on that page say 2-14 ounce Extra firm tofu so,I ’m not sure if Was supposed to use two packages of tofu I believe it’s a typo on the directions page because the video shows you breaking up just one package. You might want to fix that I only use the one to a cup of hummus

Yummy - the hummus threw me off and I was skeptical but everyone was amazed there was no cheese

Love this recipe! Have made it twice now. Lots of sauce is the key.

Loved it. You can eat as much of it as you want, and still feel light and energized.

So yummy & hearty. I’m a broke college kid and it was a perfect healthy dish to live off of for a week.

Good! Lasagna stuck to each other after they were boiled, but that’s most likely my mistake:)

Very good. Added broccoli in with veggies. Would like to try adding a vegan mozzarella to the cheese layer and also adding to the bake time a bit.

Wow - really tasty with no cheese! The tofu hummus ricotta mixture is very good. I was eating that by itself before I assembled the lasagna. I used fresh spinach and no-boil lasagna noodles, which turned out a little chewy. I’d probably soak them first next time.

Oh my god this was amazing. The family ranked it among our highest for things done against odds. A lasagna that was not only less expensive than usual, but easy as all heck, and totally tasted like it had cheese. I didn't use the nutritional yeast and it fared fine, and I added soyrizo to the sauce, a personal favorite for me. Definitely a must try for those who miss lasagna.

It turned out a lot better then I expected and it was a lot easier then I expected too. The hummus tofu mix substitute was delicious!! I also used portobello mushrooms. I had cooked them with some vegan ground beef before hand and added them into the lasagna before I baked it

this was perfect! I added Portabello Mushrooms as well Vegan cheese to each layer. I also used kale veggie burger mixed in with sauted mushrooms.
