    Good base recipe but obviously flavour will vary depending on the seasoning mix you use and 3 cloves of garlic on top of that made it too garlicky.

    This was very tasty. I didn't have Mexican Seasoning but used 2 tbsp (20g) of Fajita seasoning, which was ample. I added a yellow and orange pepper with the carrots and didn't add celery because I cant stand tge flavour of it. Will make again.
