    Delicious kept a lid on during cooking so added some mushrooms to thicken the sauce about 15 mins before the end

    A cracking stew and very easy to make. The first time I made this I used a little too much thyme which was a little overpowering but it was still really delicious!

    So delicious! I cooked it for an extra hour and the flavours were a lot more rich! Definitely recommend. I also used balsamic glaze instead of balsamic sauce and it was perfect
