    Delicious kept a lid on during cooking so added some mushrooms to thicken the sauce about 15 mins before the end

    This was brilliant. Didn’t have tomato paste so used passata instead. Even OH loved it and he isn’t a ‘stew’ person. The meat comes out so lovely and tender that baby cld eat it with ease. Definately making again!

    A cracking stew and very easy to make. The first time I made this I used a little too much thyme which was a little overpowering but it was still really delicious!

    So delicious! I cooked it for an extra hour and the flavours were a lot more rich! Definitely recommend
