sooooo delish with veggies!!!!! The lime and red pepper flakes make it awesome. Even better the following day for lunch all marinated in yummy juices. Added shredded parmesan on top...YUM!

This turned out really good. Added cumin to the chicken and extra heavy cream to the sauce along with cornstarch to make it thicker. Everyone loved it. paired it with rice & oven roasted potatoes and broccoli . Will definitely make again.

It turned out great but the only issue I had was the Greek yogurt clumping once I stirred it in which made the sauce liquid instead of creamy. Next time I will try making it with heavy cream or sour cream. Overall the flavor of lime and cilantro made the chicken very tasty. Oh and I used chicken tenderloins because I’m not a huge fan of chicken breast.

It’s so good love the sauce! I made it with sour cream but I’d like to make it a little healthier next tine and use Greek yogurt and plain water instead of the broth. It is delicious though!

Excellent! Simple recipe and very flavorful. I served with angel hair pasta which everyone loved. The only hard part was the stove clean up afterwards.

Very delicious and easy to make. I used two pans, one for the chicken and the other i served it with bow tie pasta in marinara sauce. The creamy sauce has a rich flavor. The cilantro and lime go together well.

Great taste overall! Added approx two teaspoons of sugar to the marinade. To me, that gave a more rich taste and balanced the lemon.

Delicious! Easy to cook. It has a zesty flavor, many great things coming together. We substituted lemon juice rather than using lemon zest. Would recommend with dinner rolls for a side or something mellow. Definitely will cook again.
