  • 1 fire roasted pepper (fire roasted capsicum, chopped)
  • 15 ounces crushed tomatoes (OR tomato puree, Passata)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste (garlic and herb flavoured if possible)
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (OPTIONAL)

    The spouse loves it when I can make a healthy dish that still tastes good, and this happens to be one of them! Easy to make, delicious too! We served with a side salad for a perfect meal.

    Fabulous! Loved it. I like chilli so added rock salt and chilli flakes with a chopped up garlic clove. Had with broccoli. Very filling.

    A great recipe! I adjusted the method slightly because I used chicken thighs, but the sauce was really tasty, and very easy.

    had this with spaghetti and it was an amazing replacement to the bottled bolognese sauce that my family always uses! preparing it was a little difficult for me tho (since i cook only once a month) but will definitely make this again :)
