    So good! Was out of carrots and sweet potatoes so used frozen stir fry veg’s and fresh garden new potatoes and leeks, garlic, onions.

    Very good. It took about 40 minutes for mine to cook down even close to what it looked like in the video. I used 3c broth, 2 Tbsp curry and coconut cream instead of the milk. Just my preference. I might add a little more turmeric next time because I like a richer flavor. Overall, it was a great recipe. Thanks for sharing.

    I loved this. With leftovers I added chopped up baby kale and spinach and served over rice. But I guess you have to love curry and coconut because my husband and children DID NOT like this. Sadly I probably won’t make again. So healthy!

    Absolutely amazing, Although I find that lentils tend to make me gassy, so if you cook them until they are mush it’s 10x better

    loved this. i think the sweet potato needs a bit longer to soften. i accidentally added double the veg stock and had to boil it off, which actually worked out well

    This is my favorite curry lentil recipe so easy, so tasty my adjustments: I always use red curry paste, lite coconut milk and add chopped spinach towards the end. Yum!

    it was amazing.... i used lite coconut cream and fresh ginger.... made it heaps of timrs now. Goes well with butter chicken and lemon rice...or hari koftas in tomato gravy

    the recipe uses too much water. plus, the carrots cook way better if they're cut to smaller cubes
