Everyone liked this, adults and kids alike! i used whole green beans instead of spinach to make sure kids would eat it. Easy quick side dish or full meal.

My biggest mistake was using soft minced garlic and turned out the pasta didn’t has quiet strong garlic smell. Also, I used broccoli instead of spinach. I think due my nation culinary culture, we tend to craving something spicy (yes I know it will ruin the pasta!), we need more than one tsp of chili flake. Overall the pasta was okay but still not perfect. Definitely will make it again!
So easy to nake and full of flavor. my family loves this dish.

I had tried to cook this right twice before but it was first too buttery and bland and then too lemony but third time's the charm! At last it was the way it should be, with a subtle zestiness it's amazing how the dishes with the least ingredients can be the trickiest (I'm still trying to master the spaghetti all'olio!) I cooked the pasta in a light vegetable stock with a pinch of saffron hence the color and added a bit of basil and it worked perfectly. Thanks a lot!
