    Not bad at all. Tripled the recipe but only got 4 waffles. Used coconut oil instead of butter. Replaced some of the oil with coconut milk to control the calories. Added blueberries because my bf loves them. And a splash of vanilla essence. Topped with a little whipped cream afterwards. I'd definitely do again.

    This is my second time using this recipe. I added vanilla extract, a splash of almond milk, and a little granulated sweetner to it. I topped it with honey roasted peanut butter instead of syrup. It is definitely not eggy and is my go-to waffle recipe. I was only able to make one serving in my Belgian waffle maker though. No pics because I ate it all first! 😁

    Very easy very good, i changed it up a bit. it used less butter, some half and half which is low carb. Also add about 1-2 teaspoons of turbinado sugar. flat without it.

    Kids loved them, I added vanilla to the recipe and about 1/2tsp of swerve and made the recipe big enough for 4 waffles
