    I baked this using some left over white cheddar, and it was fabulous and moist. One of my favorites. My broiler doesn't work right so I added the cheese and then just baked for 5 more mins at 425. Turned out great! BTW, I have found it makes a big diff whether or not my chicken was frozen previously. The best moisture is with fresh chicken - nothing frozen. :)

    This was a good recipe - decent flavor. The chicken was moist enough but I wouldn’t call it juicy. Quick and easy recipe to prepare after a day of work - it’s in the rotation

    I thought this was full of flavor & tender (and I use extremely small & thin cuts of chicken breasts.) I use tin foil and crimp it around the edges of my baking dish to make sure it really seals in heat & moisture while the chicken cooked.

    Sweet baby Jesus this was amazing... the chicken was so juicy and tender, I can’t believe it! Super easy to prepare, I had all ingredients thank goodness! I didn’t pound my chicken breasts, instead filleted them to make thinner and cooked for an extra 4 mins. I will definitely be making this recipe again, delicious!!
