Love trying new things, and this did not disappoint. My 8 yr old grandson is a very picky eater and happened to be staying with us the night I made it. He loved it! A big hit with my hubby too. I'll be making this again!

Wasn’t the “glaze” I had hoped it would be, but it was good but not a new family favorite.

Sweet and yummy. I used balsamic vinegar instead because I didn’t have the other variations. Will definitely make again!

The sauce was too sweet, even after adding additional water, stock & rice wine vinegar. It also never really reduced down & developed any body so I had to thicken a bit with a cornstarch slurry. I plan on trying this once more with chicken & a few tweaks.

I bought a whole pork loin and cut to 1\2" thickness. The second time I made it: 1) I doubled the recipe. 2) I Chopped the garlic before I started cooking the pork(per loin cooks so fast) and I used twice as much butter. Amazing! My kids all ate it. Do NOT skip the broiler step... this makes it way better.

Super tasty! As much as I loved the sweetness, I'll cut the honey in half next time so that it doesn't overpower the other ingredients

Good, quite sweet though!

i found it to be crisp. maybe because it was seared initially then I placed it in the oven for a few minutes. The sauce was tasty. I would try it again and brown it in the sauce on the stove top to see if that would moisten it a bit more

They turned out great! Really nice for a family dinner. I don’t think we let the sauce sit for long enough meaning it was a bit runny but you could serve it with mash potato or just new potatoes to soak it up if that also happens to you. The use of the garlic with the honey gave it a delicious range of flavours. Loved it!
