    Temperature too hot. i would say 150c. donuts are fab though!! I used fresh yeast and left in the fridge overnight.

    lovely doughnuts, very soft and fluffy, good recipe. I used 21g fresh yeast for a better flavour, and worked well.

    Fluffy clouds, really go well with nutella, needs a lot of kneading, though...
