ideal mid week supper, quick easy and delicious . definitely use a bit of white wine to deglaze the pan it adds a little extra .

Seriously delicious. I used loin steaks rather than chops but it made no difference to the outcome. Very easy yo make.

This is a yummy way to eat pork chops! I used lean pork medallions, just one tablespoon of half fat butter for the mushrooms, one cal spray instead of olive oil for frying the chops, and low fat evaporated milk for the sauce... And it was still full of flavour :)

This dish's interesting and amazining. I'm Thai so I used coconut milk instead of cream and it still work. Love it!!
