  • 1 loaf Italian bread (or ciabatta bread, 16 oz. loaf, sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, provolone, cheddar, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place bread halves, cut side up, on sheet.
