    very easy recipe to follow and make, an absoluely delicious dish that is so easy to make even the kids enjoyed it will be making this again

    Delicious! Doubled the recipe for a group and it was a hit. Even better the next day too for leftovers. I did add a bit extra of garlic, onion, and salt to the rub. Will make again for sure!
