Very simple recipe. I was looking for fast an easy breakfast and I found it. I substituted with smoked beef sausage and it turned out very tasty.

Super easy and super yummy! I used hash-brown that was already shredded and it worked just fine!

Very good! Made it for company. Did not have hash brown patties, made my own and sprinkled with Hy’s spice. Casserole a little more moist with homemade hash browns.

It was tasty. If people want some pop they should use hot sausage or peppers. You can also add veggies to it and switch out the sau for another kind of breakfast meat.
