  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (packed, about 66 grams, your preference, though we got the best results from Mexican farmer's cheese - queso fresco)

    Good. Don’t overfill the muffin tins. Let the muffins cool down completely so that it’s easier to get them out of the tin.

    looked beautiful. easy recipe. i would have used a more flavorful cheese. but maybe that's Brazilian cheese bread!
