    It turned out delicious although I had to make 2 substitutions. My coconut milk was old so I used almond/coconut milk, and I didn't have enough flour so I added a 1/2 cup of blanched almond flour. It didn't rise as beautifully as pictured here, and it was a little more doughy, but it was still delicious. I had just baked some loaf breads and a banana bread, so my already taxed supplies were dwindled near restocking. I enjoy baking and I am new to the gluten free baking world (3 months). I will definitely make it again!
