This turned out surprisingly well. Very easy. Not as good as authentic Mexican but quick, easy, and still enjoyed by my family. I used boiled shredded chicken instead and substituted flour tortillas for the corn tortillas. I would make this again!

Quick, easy and tastey. Not like you would get from a restaurant or other recipes, but the speed and simplicity makes it worth keeping and making, again.

It was awesome! My family cleared their plates and were still asking for more. I double layered it, putting sauce and cheese in between, like an enchilada lasagna, to make it a little thicker. I also put the tortillas in the oven to heat them instead of the microwave since it was preheating. Good for a quick meal option.

turned out great! This recipe is super simple to make. I added taco seasoning to the meat and dumped a can of Rotel on top before adding cheese, too. It turned out delicious!

Really easy, everything is already cooked so you just need to mix, roll, and bake. Came out more as a casserole, possibly used too much enchilada sauce on top but the tortillas broke apart. Added jalapeños and some chili powder on top, added black beans, green Chilis, and salsa to mix. Definitely would make again, easy and flavorful.

the whole family looooooved it. It was my first time making enchiladas for my famy and my Wife suggested I make this way more often. I feel like the cheese portion wasnt enough (1 cup) on top so I shredded some cheddar cheese. next time I'm making mynown enchilada sauce!!
