    Very easy to make. Had to add more brown sugar to the sauce in order to balance out the saltiness of the soy sauce. Dish came out delicious. Definitely one of my favorites.

    Great! I added extra zucchini and also tofu and mushrooms, so doubled the sauce. Next time I will use a little less sugar, but the flavor was wonderful! A friend added beef to his and that was really good, too.

    Sorry, but 19 grams of carb is NOT low carb. Use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce and ditch the sugar (use a natural substitute) and then, we'll talk lower carb dish. Tastes grand, but definitely not a low carb recipe for me.

    It was yummy! I added peanuts and tofu and used low sodium soy sauce. Probably will use corn starch next time to thicken the sauce.

    Easy recipe. Definitely agree with other reviewers that it is a bit too salty using regular soy sauce. I will use low sodium soy sauce the next time, and add marinated tofu. ❤️

    This was very quick and easy! Plus it tastes great! Might try with a low sodium soy sauce next time and add chicken.
