Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, use a mixer to cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until smooth and combined, 1-2 minutes. Add the eggs and beat for a minute longer, until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Add the sour cream and milk. Continue to beat on medium-high speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed, until fully incorporated.

Great flavor and not too sweet! Be sure to mix chips in well as batter will be thick at that point. Yummy!

It turned out great, I also used greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream because ours was expired opps haha. I also used coconut oil as a substitute for butter. My final substitute though was white chocolate chips rather than regular chocolate chips. All was good except for all the chocolate chips sinking to the bottom.

I would not call that a bread but a loaf Cake. That’s why I attempted to bake it ! 45 min at 350 and than had to shield it with Aluminum Foil for 10 more . Not too sweet and great cocoa taste. I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream ( that’s what I had on hand ) and it worked like a charm . Not dried out at all . A little sprinkle of powdered sugar makes it look nice . Thanks for posting :-)
