  • 1 Tbsp. instant yeast (Quick – Rise-)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten, organic)
  • 2/3 cup flax meal (Ground Golden)
  • 1/2 cup oat (Fiber)
  • 1 1/4 cups vital wheat gluten
  • 4 Tbsp. Swerve (powdered, I used powdered erythritol)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
  • 1 Tbsp. psyllium husk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (Soften, grass fed)

    It didn't rise. It was dense. I liked the taste and the bite had some resistance. I will eat it and enjoy it. Although I may not try it again unless someone can tell me how to get it to rise (the yeast proofed well) The ingredients include butter, yet the instructions don't mention it so i wasn't sure if it was to be added to the dough or spread on the bread after it was baked.
