I really enjoyed this. I ran out of pancake mix and I really wanted some fried Oreos. Once I got the base of the recipe down, I added my own things and it turned out pretty good. The only thing that threw me off were the measurements. It was just me eating them so I didn’t want to make a lot and I’m sure my measurements were off, but the ingredients are pretty basic so I somewhat winged it. Try it out!

I ran out of pancake mix and was craving deep fried Oreos. This recipe came through for me! Tastes like a funnel cake batter...just like at the fairs! Yum!

I substituted the tsp of cinnamon for 1/4 cup of sugar. My family really enjoyed them. We are definely making them again.
