    Delicious and worth the time! I doubled it to have leftovers - we are a family of 6. I did omit about 1/3 of the butter and cream (you can always add more at serving time, too). I might reduce the ginger a little in the future. It was overpowering at first, but flavors blended nicely after a couple days and especially when we ate the second portion I had frozen. I also upped the ground spices just a bit for our taste. Served with a topping of chopped onions and cilantro. I'm saving this recipe!
