  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • salt
  • 2 calamari
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 100 milliliters white wine
  • water
  • 10 shrimp
  • 1/2 cayenne pepper

    Directions

    1. Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Saute the onion, green bell pepper and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
    2. Add the calamari and curry powder and saute for 2 minutes.
    3. Add the wine and allow the alcohol to evaporate, about 5 minutes.
    4. Cover with water and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes. With 5 minutes to go, add the shrimp and cayenne pepper. Serve with rice.
