    So simple and so tasty,had the 'feelgood factor'

    Delicious and restorative. Food for the soul. I left out the chilli though due to my allergies and added a little ginger to help with cold. Even though I felt sick, I added the lemon, which didn't affect my stomach in any way and I believe helped me with my cold.
