    Great! I used hash browns in the bottom because I didn’t have time to cook quinoa. It was great!

    Great but I added cheese and bacon on the top and had to cook an extra 15 minutes. I also used a marinara sauce with it for added flavor.

    This was easy, tasty & the family loved it. I only used 4 eggs & it still set fine. We’ll be having this again.
