This pie is awesome. Such a nice flavor and very light. It has become a Thanksgiving staple. But each time I make it, I forget that it takes way longer than 30 minutes in my oven. I started at thirty, then added another 10 minutes, twice. So you may have to adjust the time as well.

It was amazing I am just 11 years old and it was pretty simple I made it for my mom it had a great flavor and for pumpkin pie with no crust that’s a lot to say 👍🏻😃

Made it several times. Each time is was delicios. I used a slightly larger pan than recommended to make sure it had a chance to cook through in the 30 min it stayed in the oven.
