  • 6 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crispy fried onions (French’s, Original)

    Directions

    1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Layer half of the potatoes in an 8-inch square baking dish, sprinkle with half the bacon, 1 cup cheese and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Top with remaining potatoes.
    2. BAKE 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining bacon, cheese and Crispy Fried Onions. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
