Classic French hot snack with ham, eggs and cheese, spiked with Maille® Dijon Originale mustard for an extra tasty kick.

- Lightly toast bread on both sides and smear with Maille® Dijon Originale mustard on one side. Place toast on a worktop, mustard side up and lay a slice of ham on top. Next add thin slices of Gruyère with a little Maille® Hollandaise Sauce. Fry four eggs and put on top of this, then finish with remaining toast slices, mustard side down.
