  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (bouillon)
  • 1 tablespoon onion (instant)
  • 29 ounces peaches (cling)
  • 1/2 cup pitted prunes
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

    Directions

    1. Salt and pepper chicken and place in crock-pot.
    2. Combine curry, garlic, butter, bouillon and onion.
    3. Drain peaches (save 1/2 cup syrup) add to curry mix, and pour over chicken.
