This dish was really delicious! Next time I will make double portion of sauce (as it was recommended) or maybe add some bell pepers so that rice is not too dry.

Delicious!! Big hit with my 13 year old fussy eater. Needed to double egg and cornflour mixes for 3 chicken breasts. Doubled on sauce aswell

Delicious, pretty easy to make but a long time to fry all the chicken as I doubled everything. Added red peppers and broccoli and served over rice I added a cup of chopped cilantro and everyone said it was needed

The sauces is stunning good. The coating on the chicken was a bit more difficult to handle with 3 steps, corn flour, egg, regular flour. By the time i hit the pan it would glob up. But it tasted quite nice. I would like the coating to be a bit crunchier. Maybe some bread crumbs, corn flakes, I don't know. I am just an idiot single guy cooking. But I make the sauce for everything now. Quite Asian/American and i live in HK!

Very delicious and looked just like the picture, however it wasn’t really enough for the 4 of us, would recommend adding more chicken.
