Tasty, quick and easy. Light on the oil with is nice. I served the bacon on the side so guests could decide if they wanted either way. Delicious both ways.

I blended all ingredients (adding a sprinkling of red pepper flakes) in a microwave safe container with lid and microwaved on the fresh vegetable setting lowering the cooking time by about 5 mins. While that was going, I preheated an air fryer to 400 degrees. Once the microwave dinged and the air fryer was preheated, into the fry basket they went. Let it rip until the nose knew something was crisping up, about 5 to 7 minutes (depends on the AF) but you'll know. Once the desired "grilled" color was obtained added a little sea salt and promised to never eat brussel sprouts any other way. The microwave step helps to tenderize that "stalky" part of brussel sprouts. For me, without this step, it was a tough chew.

Absolutely superb. Only change might be a little less time in the oven so that crispy doesn’t become burnt. Otherwise, yum!

OMGeeee!! HELLA-GOOD!! I roasted mine in the oven in a large roasting pan to ensure a good char. Oh man, were they delicious!!!
