I have tried this with both bone in and boneless thighs and it's not only ridiculously easy, both versions come out simply amazing! I usually serve with either rice or mashed potatoes and veggies for a full meal. Couldn't have asked for an easier recipe and it's inexpensive to make too! One of the hubby's favorite dinners and we usually have enough for a couple of meals.

This was simple and delicious! Honestly I didn’t expect it to come out as well as it since it’s so simple but I love chicken skin and crisped up so nicely with this recipe

Very good. Made it with skinless chicken and baked for about 40 mins. It was still juicy!

This is an awesome, easy chicken recipe. Will absolutely make this again and again. Wondering if it would work with legs and thighs??
