Description

When you make these potatoes you get to enjoy the irresistible perfume of fresh rosemary twice — while they roast in the oven and then again at the table. We've made them here with baby red potatoes, but you can also do a combination of red and white for a festive look. Either way, they'll be creamy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and totally delicious. The recipe is a Yummly original created by David Bonom.

    Great!! I have made potato’s in the oven before that we’re not so good these were easy! I added garlic powder and used herbs de provance so easy can’t wait for my to try 😊

    These were yummy! I cut mines in quarters and cooked them the same amount of time and they still turned out great. Didn't have fresh rosemary so used dried thyme and dried rosemary and sprinkled with garlic powder. Perfectly crispy on the outside. I'll definitely make these again.

    These potatoes were awesome so delicious now Red potatoes are all the potatoes we buy. They took a little longer to cook the instructions said about 30 minutes but were totally worth-it.

    very easy, wash potatoes, cut them in half, throw them in seasoning bowl, and put face down on a pan in the oven. seasoning was on point and they had a little crisp to them.

    They came out crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, however, there could’ve been more flavor. Next time, I’ll double up on the rosemary, salt, pepper, and maybe add some minced garlic!
