    Family loves these. But I cheat, I microwave my potato of choice first about 8 mins. Then smash. My butter has garlic, rosemary, thyme and bacon bites. Yummy. I use any potato on hand and they all have come out wonderfully. I have varied this recipe to an Italian and Greek Style too.

    These were delicious - the whole family loved them. I used small red potatoes instead of the gold and a little extra garlic.
