I found these bland and hard to make. Too much effort to make something that was just kind of "meh." Needs more salt and spice and probably more panko and parm.

I didn't seem to like as much as all the other reviews I found in slightly bland. Next time I will add som more spice to the panko. The sauce was good though. Next time I might add some Parmesan maybe to the panko and more salt

Pretty tasty! The steps to make it were easy, but it was still a lot of work with all the dipping. The kids did like it!

I did not have all ingredients from this recipe, so I improvised. One avocado, sliced and sprinkled apple cider vinegar on sliced avocado and then rolled in seasoned fish fry. Placed in silicon pan and placed in oven using no oil at all. Came out perfect for me. Great snack.

Wow! Just made these (eating them now!) and they are simply DEEEEElicious! A definite 'will make again'! Now I'm sending my vegan son the recipe. To keep them low-carb, I crushed some fried pork rinds and used them as a coating with the egg. Thanks!

I loved this recipe! Nice and crispy on outside yet smooth and creamy on inside. I'm making this for an after dinner snack at my next get together. Delicious! I made my own sauce but im gonna try the chipotle dipping sauce too.

I have to modify for gluten free/dairy free eating; I use a gf dry baking mix for the flour and dried crumbs from Rudi's gf bread for the crumbs and make a dipping sauce from sour cream substitute, Imo isn't available where I live; have to look for another sour cream substitute or use coconut milk/cream...**** rating on what you have already in the recipe.

if you substitute almond flour, eggs whites and ezekiel bread crumbs and avacado/coconut oil it brings down the fat...1 avacado is 368 if you put nothing on it, but the benefits outweigh the calories...for the sauce, you can substitute some of the avacado for the mayo or use vegan mayo....it is the totality of what you eat and not just 368 calories in one good food...eat more healthy fats and it will be great and stop not eating things because of the calorie count...life is a tad short for that
