  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or raw honey)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp (powder, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted, or olive oil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 800 grams blueberries (about 5 cups)
